AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models and integrating AI-powered solutions into real-world applications.

You will work on building intelligent systems, LLM-based applications, automation workflows, and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models.
• Build and integrate AI-powered applications using LLMs.
• Work with Generative AI, NLP, and deep learning technologies.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate AI models and third-party AI APIs into backend systems.
• Work with vector databases and embedding models.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and inference speed.
• Build AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to integrate AI features.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong programming knowledge in Python.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of NLP, Transformers, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
• Understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows.

Good to Have

• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, or ChromaDB.
• Familiarity with Docker and AWS.
• Understanding of fine-tuning and model evaluation.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.
